Afro Parsley has bright green, heavily curled leaves with a delicious flavour. Plants can be continuously harvested over a long period. Parsley is great as a garnish or to add a little bit of flavour to a salad or pasta dish, but it’s also an essential ingredient to many Brazilian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.
