These green spring onions have white edible stems and bulbs, and green leaves that are useful for adding a mild onion flavour to a wide variety of dishes. Separate individual plants when planting. For continuous supply, plant new seedlings every 4-6 week. Ideal used almost anywhere, they are versatile ingredient that can add extra flavour to salads, soups, noodles, seafood, and stir-fries.

The young seedlings look like grass and many gardeners have pulled them up thinking they are weeds
